Key RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical expertise in the application of proactive quality tools, support our client to fulfill  their specific customer requirements.

• Develop and deploy      strategy for APQP on specific New Product Introduction programs.
• Develop robust actions to address highlighted high risk issues through the leadership of projects/teams.
• Ensure that customers’ problems are resolved in a timely manner, achieving total customer satisfaction and experience.
• Coach and lead clients quality teams, provide trainings and workshops.
• Prepare customer audits;  represent our client in all quality related issues.

Key COMPETENCIES:

• Engineering degree
• 5+ years experiences in automotive industry
• Fluent English and German.
• Quality Planning techniques :APQP process ( PPAP , CP, FMEA)
• Complaint management, Problem solving tools (5Why, Ishikawa, 8D..)
•  Project management experiences
• Communications and presentation skills
• Proactivity, Flexibility
