The new IATF 16949:2016 standard cancels and replaces ISO/TS16949:2009. The new QMS stanadrd is fully aligned with the structure and requirements of ISO 9001:2015, however is is not a stand-alone document. ISO 9001:2015 must be purchased separatly.
